About Me

My name is Orinta Giuliano and I’m a nutritional therapist, and over the years I’ve noticed a recurring pattern — most people know what supports their health, yet struggle to sustain change. It’s rarely about information, and more often about what pulls us back after we’ve decided to do things differently.

Through my work, and my own experience, I’ve seen how closely habits are linked to emotion, memory, and the way we see ourselves. I used to smoke, rely on sweets and alcohol to unwind, and none of that changed through discipline or motivation. What helped was slowing down, being kinder to myself, and understanding what those habits were really responding to.

This understanding led me to IEMT, a way of working gently with emotional and identity-level patterns. I don’t offer quick fixes or pressure-based change — my role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own capacity to change, at your own pace and in your own way.

Orinta Giuliano
Nutritional Therapist

I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, have a background in health coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy, and IEMT. My work sits at the intersection of nutrition, emotional wellbeing, and the deeper patterns that shape how we live and care for ourselves.

I was born in Lithuania, spent over ten years living in London, and now call the French countryside home. Living close to nature has deepened my appreciation for slower rhythms, reflection, and gentle change — values that naturally flow into how I work with others.
