What is IEMT?
Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is a gentle yet powerful approach that helps reduce the emotional charge linked to past experiences, memories, and patterns that no longer serve you.

Often, we don’t realise that our reactions, habits, or ways of being are shaped by emotional imprints held in the mind and body. Even when we understand something intellectually, these deeper patterns can keep us feeling stuck.
During an IEMT session, you are guided through specific eye movements while focusing on emotions or responses you want to change. This process allows the brain to naturally reprocess emotional information, so it no longer triggers the same intensity or automatic reactions.
IEMT does not require reliving trauma or analysing the past in detail. Instead, it works at a deeper, neurological level, helping emotions soften, reactions settle, and new perspectives emerge.

Instead of focusing on willpower or rules, we work with the emotional and identity imprints that often pull people back into old patterns. The aim is not perfection, but creating enough internal shift for new choices to feel possible.
