At Maison La Source, I aim to create a welcoming, supportive and respectful environment where you can explore personal change at your own pace.

To ensure a positive experience for everyone, please familiarise yourself with the following booking guidelines.

 

Complimentary Discovery Call

I offer a complimentary 20-minute introductory call.

This conversation provides an opportunity to discuss your needs, ask questions and explore whether working together feels right.

There is no obligation to book further sessions.

Booking Appointments

Appointments are arranged online and confirmed by email.

Sessions take place via Google Meet unless otherwise agreed.

Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable speaking openly.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that unexpected circumstances arise.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice.

Complimentary discovery calls can be cancelled without charge.

For paid sessions, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur the full session fee, where this condition has been agreed in advance and subject to applicable consumer rights.

Late Arrivals

Please make every effort to attend your appointment on time.

If you arrive late, your session may still finish at the originally scheduled time.

If I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will be offered an alternative time or a refund where appropriate.

 

Right of Withdrawal

Where applicable, consumers booking online have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under French consumer law.

If you request that a paid service begins during this period, you may be asked to provide express consent.

The consequences of starting or fully completing a service during the withdrawal period will be explained before booking, in accordance with applicable law.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this policy.

 

Confidentiality

Your privacy and personal experiences are treated with care and respect.

Information shared during sessions is confidential, subject to applicable legal obligations and exceptional circumstances involving serious safety concerns.

Professional Boundaries

IEMT, NLP, hypnosis and coaching are complementary approaches intended to support personal development and emotional wellbeing.

They do not replace medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment.

You remain responsible for your personal decisions and may choose to pause or discontinue an exercise at any time.
