They are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychiatric care, psychotherapy or psychological diagnosis.
No specific outcome can be guaranteed.
Clients are encouraged to consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding medical or mental health concerns.
3. Booking and Payment
Appointments are arranged in advance.
Session prices, duration and payment arrangements will be communicated before a booking is confirmed.
Where payment is required, the applicable amount and payment deadline will be clearly stated.
A complimentary introductory consultation does not create an obligation to purchase further services.

Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Late cancellation fees may apply to paid appointments where agreed in advance, subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.
The full Booking & Cancellation Policy is available separately.
5. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Consumers entering into distance contracts may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable French consumer law.
Where a client requests that services begin before the withdrawal period expires, express consent may be required.
If a service has begun during the withdrawal period at the consumer's express request, a proportionate payment may be due in circumstances permitted by law.
The right of withdrawal may be lost after full performance of a service only where the applicable statutory conditions have been met.
Information about exercising this right, including the required withdrawal form, will be provided where applicable.
6. Client Participation
Participation in sessions is voluntary.
Clients are encouraged to communicate openly about their needs, concerns and expectations.
You may decline any particular exercise or request a pause at any time.
Clients should provide relevant information that may affect the suitability or safety of a proposed technique.

I aim to provide services with care, professionalism and respect.
I work within the limits of my training and professional competence.
Where appropriate, I may recommend consulting another qualified professional or decline to provide a service that falls outside my scope of practice.

Session information is treated confidentially, subject to relevant legal obligations and safety considerations.
Please consult the Privacy & Confidentiality Policy for further information.
